1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or leaking
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is defective or expired
- Missing items in the order
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product used, opened, or partially consumed
- Damage caused due to improper handling or storage after delivery
- Complaint raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Change of mind or incorrect product selection by the customer
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us your complaint with:
- Order ID
- Name and contact number
- Description of the issue
- Photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange:
- Product replacement, or
- Return pickup (where applicable)
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before shipment
- Product unavailable after order confirmation
- Approved cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Refund Timeline:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be provided subject to product availability.
- If the same product is not available, a full refund will be issued.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
